ABOUT TITAN AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

The Student Titan Ambassador program is a student leadership opportunity for 6th, 7th and 8th Grade students at Oglethorpe Charter School.  It was established by Nicole Dillon, an English Language Arts teacher and officially approved by administrative team.  The organization officially inducted qualified and selected students on January 15, 2020.   Eighteen awesome leaders were the first members of the Titan Ambassador program.

Selected Titan Ambassadors serve as role models within the school and community by exhibiting “Titan Way” leadership skills based on our guiding principles within the handbook.  The goal of the program is to recognize student leaders within the school building.  Titan Ambassadors educate prospective students, new students, families, school groups, and the general public on the programs, resources and student life at Oglethorpe Charter School.  Titan Ambassadors are also responsible for fostering a sense of community and positive relationships among the student body.  Student Ambassadors thrive on maintaining the integrity of Oglethorpe Charter School.

Welcome Back to School Everyone,

We pray that everyone is continuing to follow Covid-19 mask orders and practicing social distancing.  We are still in a Pandemic. Unfortunately, we are starting the 2020-2021 school year off virtually. However, we believe this is the best as it concerns our health and safety.

The Titan Ambassadors are still ensuring to maintain leadership.  We miss seeing everyone's beautiful faces, however, we understand that social distancing is best.
