Position:           8th Grade - Middle Grades Math Teacher - Looping Team

Education Requirements:   Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
Experience, Skill, Certification:   This position is on our Looping Team.  Candidate will teach all three grade levels, 6th - 8th, in a 3-year cohort.  For SY 2024-25, candidate will teach 8th grade.  The following year will begin with a new 3-year cohort.  Must have a Valid Georgia Teaching Certificate in Middle Grades Math AND High School Grades Math.  All middle school core content teachers must have a Reading endorsement. (Or obtain the reading endorsement within a year of being hired.)  
Terms of Employment:  Incumbents will receive an annual contract. The work calendar will be 190 days. Salary will be determined based on level of certification and allowable experience.
