Beginning OCS students will leave their ID badge in their homeroom at the end of each school day, placing it in their cell phone locker when they retrieve their phone, if applicable. Each morning during homeroom, students will retrieve their ID badge from the cell phone locker and place their phone in the locker, if applicable. The ID must be put around their neck and worn the entire school day. If we consistently enforce this policy, students should always have an ID for:
- Cafeteria meal service
- Checking out library materials
- Signing in when entering the library
- School sponsored events and activities (field trips, etc.) that require an ID
- Safety during any school emergencies
