• Three dates for Admissions Information Sessions are established:

• Flyers are distributed to 5^th grade students in Savannah-Chatham County Public Elementary Schools.
• Advertisements are placed in the Savannah newspaper or here on the Oglethorpe Charter School website.
• Applications will be handed out in the office and available on-line beginning Thursday, December 01, 2011  from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM through Thursday, January 19, 2012.
• The deadline to receive an application will be on Thursday, January 19, 2012  at the last Information Enrollment Session.

• Siblings of current Oglethorpe Charter students receive preferential enrollment.
• To be considered, applications must be complete, and received by:

Friday, February 03, 2012 3:00 PM

• If more students apply than space is available, a public lottery will be held at the school on:

Friday, February 17, 2012 9:00 AM

• Acceptance/Waiting List letters will be mailed out by:

Friday, February 24, 2012

• 7^th and 8^th grade applicants will be notified no later than mid-May.
