OCS Enrollment Application Dates For The 2013-2014 School Year
  • Three dates for Admissions Information Sessions are established:
Thursday, January 10, 2013 5:00 PM
Tuesday, January 15, 2013 5:00 PM
Thursday, January 17, 2013 9:00 AM
  • Flyers are distributed to 5th grade students in Savannah-Chatham County Public Elementary Schools.
  • Advertisements are placed in the Savannah newspaper or here on the Oglethorpe Charter School website.
  • Applications will be handed out in the office and available on-line beginning Monday, December 03, 2012  from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM through Thursday, January 17, 2013.
  • The deadline to receive an application will be on Thursday, January 17, 2013  at the last Information Enrollment Application Session.
  • Siblings of current Oglethorpe Charter students receive preferential enrollment.
  • To be considered, applications must be complete, and received by:
Thursday, January 17, 2013 10:30 AM
  • If more students apply than space is available, a public lottery will be held at the school on:
Friday, February 15, 2013 9:00 AM
  • Acceptance/Waiting List letters will be mailed out by:
Friday, February 22, 2013
  • 7th and 8th grade applicants will be notified no later than mid-May.
Applications are now available on-line! Applications can now be either printed from the PDF file or filled out on-line and then printed from home and returned to Oglethorpe Charter School.
